Find where automation would actually help your business.
A short conversation about how work really runs — sales, purchasing, service, finance and more — and you get a shortlist of opportunities with the evidence behind each, what should stay human-led, and what to prepare first. No sign-up, no sales call, nothing stored.
Your words are only used to pick from the fixed options; you confirm before anything is recorded. Nothing is stored.
Rules you can read, not a score you have to trust.
Every recommendation is produced by a written rule set and cites the answers it came from. There is no weighted score, no benchmark, and no number the tool has not been given by you.
Decision order. First, which functions and processes apply to your kind of business — a service agency is not asked about warehouse stock. Then, which processes you confirmed happen and how they run. High-consequence work — hiring, disputed invoices, payments — leaves the pipeline early and is only ever offered administrative assistance around the decision. Processes that vary every time are sent back for repair before any tooling. What remains is classified as a rule, a system integration or AI assistance, with AI reachable only where the input is free-form text.
Safety gates. Four gates sit between a good-looking opportunity and the roadmap: clear authority to approve, a privacy and security review, human oversight, and consistent answers. A gate passes only when every part of it is confirmed. “Not sure” fails it. Nothing you say elsewhere can compensate.
Priority. What clears the gates is ranked into high, medium and low bands, each with the reasons that produced it: repetition, a recurring problem, standardised steps, rare exceptions, connectable systems, reliable data, scarce capacity. Uncertainty lowers a band; it never raises one. Opportunities the answers cannot separate are reported as tied.
Limits. This is a self-assessment, not an audit or a compliance verdict. It works only from what you report and says so where it is unsure. Rubric 1.0.0 covers 6 functions in depth and treats people and admin and management and reporting as human-led by default. The tool is part of our AI automation and process automation practice, but using it commits you to nothing.
